If being real and vulnerable makes you hesitate to order or dents my public image, I’d rather be authentic than BS my way into fake success.
This is our reality. I’m done feeling guilty, second-guessing myself, or wondering what I’m doing wrong. The truth? No honest kitchen is supposed to absorb absurd utility bills and compete on an uneven field against fronts and money-laundering businesses.
I don’t glide through these overheads, and orders don’t drop from the sky like a Santa wishlist. I refuse to keep feeding this feed with toxic positivity while turning a blind eye to the bills, the surging costs, and everything weighing down this country from Beirut to the South.
