In our sourdough bread we of course use our home grown sourdough starter that's been used to make our grilled sandwich bread since the beginning of time.

Each batch takes an overnight feeding to get the starter puffing then we add it to our dough mix, it takes a further 6 to 7 hours of proofing before the loaves are ready to bake.

Slightly different to the ones served as panini, with this recipe you get soft crust, high hydration but quite hefty bread perfect for making cold sandwiches at home or with just a simple spread of butter!
