셰프 줄리엉 파바리오는 프랑스 안시 태생으로 샤모니지역 알버트1세 ,피에르꺄리에, 르 글라시에 등 레스토랑을 거쳐 르끌로데성(미술랭2스타),로아시스,야닉프랭크 에서는 디저트 파트의 헤드셰프로 전문적 깊이를 더했다
미국 영국 호주 등지에서는 베이커리,초콜렛,설탕공예에 이르기까지 역량의 폭을 넓혔으며 르 쁘티 폴라이트라는 미슐랭1스타 레스토랑에서는 수석 셰프로서 본격적인디저트,케익분야에 손색없는 장인으로써 입지를 굳혀왔다
한국으로 온 후 르 꼬르동 블루 에서 제과장으로 3년간 교수로써 학생들을 지도했다

개점을 하게되었고 다양한 프렌치 스타일의 조각 케익과 패스튜리 (비에느와즈리)들이
클래식하고 이국적인 감성을 원하시는 고객들을 기다리고 있다
화요일~일요일 정오 12시부터 저녁9시까지 방문 가능하며 특별한날을위한 유니크한
맞춤 케익,초콜렛상자는 사전 주문으로 가능하다


Julien Favario is a French pastry Chef. He worked for several Grands Chefs like Laurent Petit (Le Clos des Sens, 2* Michelin), François Raimbault ("L'Oasis", 2*Michelin), Yannick Franques ("Restaurant La Coupole", 1* Michelin). He also crossed the world and worked in the United States, Australia, Japan, UK and made in parallel several advanced training courses in Bakery, Chocolate factory and Art of Sugar. After being Head Pastry Chef at Le Chalet Mounier, "Le Ptit Polyte" (1* Michelin) for 3 years, he decided to live in Asia and became the Head pastry Chef of Le Cordon Bleu in Seoul. The desire to transmit and to teach was a very enriching experience. After 3 years it is time for him to open his own pastry shop and Seoul is the perfect place to begin his Business. In 23rd October 2015, "Gateaux de Voyage" has opened. Gateaux de Voyage welcomes you from Tuesday till Sunday, 12AM-9 PM. On the spot or take away.
