🍳🥓🥗 Introducing Brian’s Plate!

We’re excited to add a special new brunch plate to the 292 Lu Bakery menu, inspired by one of our wonderful regular customers, Brian Joo.

Brian’s kindness and support for the Pyeongtaek community does not go unnoticed. He regularly visits local restaurants, cafes, and small businesses and shares them with others, so we wanted to show our appreciation by asking him to create his ideal brunch plate.

Brian’s Plate includes:

🍞 Open-faced sourdough toast with salmon, ricotta, capers, and red onion
🍳 Two sunny-side-up eggs on sourdough toast
🥓 Two pieces of bacon
🥗 Fresh side salad

It’s a fresh, satisfying, protein-packed brunch built around Brian’s personal favorites.

Most importantly, thank you, Brian, for being a wonderful customer and for continuing to show so much love and support to the Pyeongtaek community. ❤️

☀️ Summer Break Announcement ☀️

As we head into our summer break, we just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. 💙

Every loaf of bread you take home, every cup of coffee you enjoy, every meal you share with friends, and every kind word you leave with us means more than you know. Your support has helped make 292 LU Bakery feel like so much more than a café. It's become a community, and we're incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

We will be closed for our summer break from July 27 through August 3, and we'll be back, refreshed and ready to welcome you again on Tuesday, August 4.

Until then, we hope you have a wonderful, relaxing week filled with good food, great memories, and plenty of sunshine. Thank you for being part of our journey. We can't wait to see all of your smiling faces again when we reopen!

🥖 Sourdough lovers, this is your friendly reminder! 🥖

If you've been meaning to grab your favorite loaf (or two... or three 😉), this is the week to stock up!

We'll be taking a little summer vacation July 27 – August 3, so our ovens will be taking a well-deserved break too. That means if you can't imagine your week without our fresh sourdough, now is the perfect time to fill your freezer and make sure you're set while we're away.

✨ Sourdough freezes beautifully. Just slice it before freezing so you can enjoy fresh-tasting toast, sandwiches, or a warm slice whenever the craving hits.

🏖️ 292 Lu Bakery will be CLOSED from July 27 through August 3 for our annual summer break.

That means you still have the next two weeks to stop by and stock up on your favorite sourdough, pastries, coffee, grilled cheese, salads, and all the treats you've been craving. (Because let's be honest... no one wants to go a whole week without their 292 Lu favorites. 😉)

Whether you need your morning coffee, a cozy lunch, or "just one more" cookie (we won't judge!), we'd love to see you before we head out.
