Home deliveries are an additional fee. We offer free pickup at designated locations near you.
We are not responsible for damages after customer pickup.
Customer must inspect cake before leaving.

Customers must pick up their cake at the agreed time.
Late pickup beyond 24 hours (without notice) attracts storage fee.

We recreate designs in our own professional style.

Deposit is non-refundable.
Orders cancelled less than 72 hours to agreed pick up time will not be refunded. Planning the design and ingredients are purchased immediately after booking.

All changes must be made at least 5 days before delivery date.
Changes requested less than 48 hours to event may not be accepted.
