We bake real bagels every morning in the traditional New York way. A new york style bagel means that It's Hand-Rolled. Make bagels, not bread.

It's Kettle-Boiled and It's baked in deck oven.

Because we’re tucked away in a quiet spot, we bake our bagels in small batches. If you’re planning to buy in bulk, we’d hate for you to miss out! Please pre-order your favorite bagels at least a day early so we can have them freshly packed and ready for you. Thanks so much for the love and for your big orders!

Strawberry sandwiches are no longer available for the season. Although it’s hard work, I find so much joy and fulfillment in handcrafting each one with love for my guests. Thank you always for your support.
