The Disappearing Brew Bar is a pop-up coffee experience, featuring hand-crafted, freshly roasted, specialty coffees from SE Asia and around the world with pastries and cakes that bring out some of their unique and delicious flavor notes. We operate on selected weekends only (when we can savor the coffee and pastries at a more leisurely pace!). Our coffee and pastry selections a
re always changing to give you the most palate-expanding, delicious coffees available, as are our locations! We "pop-up" about once a month, always at a different location around Phnom Penh that reflects our wide-ranging interests. Make sure to follow our page to learn about the next pop-up date! We do not consider ourselves "coffee experts", but "coffee enthusiasts"! We would love to help you learn more about coffee varieties, roasting and brewing if you are interested, or just to enjoy a tasty cup of coffee and chat with you if that is more your speed. We hope you will enjoy adventuring with us! We gladly accept recommendations for new locations to "pop up"; please email [email protected] with your location idea and the contact information for that space. We will soon be offering a set of coffee appreciation, tasting and home brewing courses-- feel free to ask us about them in person at a pop-up or over email. Our pastries are also available for special order. Please email us for a list of the cakes, pies, cookies, and other pastries we offer and prices. 48 hours' notice is required for all orders (although we will do our best to accommodate the odd pie- or cake-related emergency if we have ingredients on hand!)
