Good morning, Kampot! We have a new addition to our bakery menu... In Belgium, it's called a Long Suisse, but we feel we can come up with a better name. Suggestions are welcome!

For those who aren't familiar with it, it's a pastry filled with a creamy layer of custard cream, raisins, and topped with a sweet glaze.
