As of last night we are now listed as an Eco-accommodation, Eco-café and free water refill station (in Kep) on https://www.eco-business-cambodia.com/ - so if you are visiting Kep beach, we are only a 5 minute walk from the beach - feel free to drop by and fill up your water bottle for free and of course if you are feeling a bit hungry you are welcome to try a hearty homemade breakfast or light snack.

Today's SUNDAY breakfast special...pecan sticky buns - $4.50. Fresh from the oven, these are fluffy, buttery, filled with cinnamon, and baked in a sweet chewy roasted pecan caramel sauce. Served warm with a side of kaffir lime cream cheese dip, a cup of coffee/tea, and some fresh fruit - also available for takeaway! There are now only 4 left so come get them while they last 🙂

The Backyard Cafe and Bread is now doing business as Kep Garden Café and will be opening to the general public on January 3, 2023. Walk-ins are welcome to drop in and enjoy a hearty homecooked breakfast until 2pm any day of the week.

Hello everyone, as some of you may have heard the Backyard Cafe & Bread as well as Casa Kep has been sold. We will miss Linda, her fantastic baking skills, and her family as they transition to their new life. They will be missed. In the meantime - I wanted to say hello as the new owner. Unfortunately, the Cafe and Guesthouse will remain closed for renovations over the next two months (May-June, 2022). But I plan on re-opening everything (with fingers crossed) by end of July, 2022. I do hope you stay tuned and drop by anytime to say hello. Kate
