CEO of turning flour into emotional support.
Runs on chaos, buttercream, and last-minute orders that somehow still come out perfect.
Half the time: “I’ll just bake one small cake.”
Two hours later: running a full production line like a one-woman factory with a tiny assistant (aka Ella) supervising and occasionally taste-testing everything like a quality control manager who accepts payment in sugar.😁
Professional multitasker:

Mixing batter with one hand

Mentally calculating profits

And still remembering who ordered a red velvet with “extra love but not too sweet”
