Because teachers are special people. They teach our kids and love them like their own. This was a cake made just to appreciate a teacher for all the love she's shown to the kids who passed through her class. It was beautiful to see her emotional when she received this and all the other gifts.

See, making cakes for my daughters mean the WORLD!!!! to me. Watching their beautiful faces light up just because what we had in mind actually manifests is priceless. The level of trust they have in me and my ability to sort them out regardless challenges me and makes me wonder, do we have the same trust in God to sort us out regardless?

Every girl is a princess; making sure she understands that and values it is important. There's nothing as beautiful as assuring the next generation of children that they are valuable and have a purpose. Pass on the love, teach them about God, let them explore, let them dream, bring out the best in them.
Cake is one way of seeing that come out. I love it when it's the child who specifies what exactly they want on a cake and doing it confidently. They are the best critiques up to a certain age because they're always honest.

My favorite part of baking is when someone else orders cake for a special someone in their life. It means the WORLD!!!!!! See, it's the same fuzzy feeling I get knowing that God is always, always going to be there for me, no matter what.
For this I got to experience the joy and it was heart warming.
