Our Story

Mission: PSW aims to establish a consistent and bold brand preserved in design and taste variety.

About PSW: Pams Slice of Wedding, now popularly known as PSW Bakery specializes in a diverse selection of baked goods. Our products range from simple themed cakes, eclairs, bread and muffins, to the more complex special occasions such as wedding and bridal shower cakes. PSW opened its doors in Nairobi in 2015 after operating in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania for six years. PSW had the opportunity to participate in its first Kenya Bakers Exhibition (Cake Festival) and emerged third overall, winning the bronze position. Prior to establishing PSW, Pamela, the founder of PSW, has had an extensive two-decade-plus experience in the baking industry. This experience spans across Zimbabwe, Zambia and Tanzania before relocating to Nairobi, Kenya.
