I've not posted any cakes in a while ... I could say it's because I forgot to take photos for most of the cakes or it's because I've been focus's on growing or maybe it's because I've not made many cakes recently.
Truth is I have been baking only for those who reach out to me, I have avoided attracting new orders. It has been hectic here. New baby, new business, new roles in various places. It's all made me realize how much time and energy it takes to make just one cake.
However, I have also realized when I receive an order at least 5 days before I bake with a lot of ease and joy because I plan well. I have decided I'll not take any late orders and* would prefer to work with whipping cream or buttercream. I have no energy for fondant unless it's a wedding cake where I hire someone to help with kneading and rolling.

I am still taking orders but with caution.
I'll remember to post photos to keep this page active. I'll include personal content for my own amusement
