A little look back at Dean & Gwen's beautiful day.

We were so honoured to create their wedding cake and be part of such a special celebration. Seeing the cake come together with the beautiful details of the day, and eventually watching Dean & Gwen cut into it, was such a special moment.

And the sweetest part? Hearing that the cake was a hit with everyone.

For a while, I went quiet.
Not because the passion was gone, but because sometimes God calls you into a season of stepping back so He can realign your path.

In that season, there was prayer, reflection, growth and a lot of trusting God with the unknown.
One thing became clear: the gifts He places in our hands are never accidental and He adds on to what He already bestowed on us.

Baking has always been more than a business for me. It’s a craft I love, a way to serve people in their special moments: and now with great clarity, it’s part of the journey God is using to unfold His purpose in my life.

So with a heart full of gratitude;
