We know that sometimes the cravings kick in and it's just too much hustle to buy a whole cake, therefore just for you, introducing our mini cakes with different fillings, personally I enjoy salted caramel and strawberry jam ones, other flavors available are whipped cream, homemade berries jam and lemon curd....

How to bake a cake without an oven..
Any type of heat source can be used here gas, jiko, electric cooker or whatever you can access..
1. Find a heavy cooking pot or sufuria large enough to fit your stand and most importantly your cake tin.
2. Line the bottom of your pot with tin foil ensuring that you cover the sides of the pot.
3. Put your stand or put another stable smaller pot inside to offer support to your cake tin.
4. Find a suitable cover can be a like size pot or sufuria or something in those line, just any cover that is suitable.
5. Cover your pot and preheat with medium to low heat.
6. Prep your barter and cook as you would in an oven on medium heat for around 1 hour.
7. To know if your cake is cooked do the toothpick or knife test..
