Even when loneliness feels unbearable, don’t open the door to those who once broke your peace. Healing is hard, but reopening old wounds is harder. It’s better to be alone than with people who bring you pain.

The Sin of Disobedience ⚠️

Disobedience to God is not a small matter—it is rebellion against His Word. Adam and Eve lost the Garden of Eden because of disobedience. King Saul lost his throne because of disobedience.

📖 1 Samuel 15:23 — “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you...”

👉 Every time we choose our will above God’s will, we open the door to destruction. But obedience brings blessings, protection, and favor.

🔥 Today, repent of every disobedience and return to the path of obedience. God’s mercy is waiting, but so is His judgment if we continue in sin.

He Turns Brokenness into Beauty

Life doesn’t always go as planned. Sometimes, we face unexpected setbacks, heartbreaks, and moments that leave us feeling shattered. But the good news is—God specializes in restoration. What’s broken in your life is not beyond His repair. He takes every shattered piece and creates something more beautiful than before. Don’t give up in the middle of the mess. God is not done with your story. Beauty is rising from the ashes.

Four people you cannot advice unless they face the consequences.
1.A man who thinks he is richer than others
2.A woman following a false prophet or cult
3.A girl who has fallen in love with a man(especially the wrong person)
4.A person or a gang who are in the process of spliting a church.

When you visit people, no matter how close you are to them, be sensitive and don’t do any of these things:

–Don’t walk into their house with your shoe unless they asked you to do so. It’s always more respectful to remove your shoes at the doorstep especially if you didn’t come with a car(if you must enter with your shoe, make sure you use the doormat correctly)

–Don’t sit on the one-sitter sofa. In most houses, the one-sitter Sofa is usually the favorite of the owner of the house. Instead, sit on the 3 sitters' sofa. 3 sitters are for everyone.

–Mind your leg. It’s very annoying to march on the sits of your host. Some of you are used to carelessly putting your foot on whatever chair you are sitting on. This is the most important of them all. Keep your foot on the floor or top of your other leg. If you don’t comport yourself, don’t feel embarrassed if your host tells you to bring down your foot. If everyone marches on the chair that way, you would be the first to tell how dirty your host's sofas are.

–When they offer you bottled water, ask for a cup if you know that you won’t be able to finish the full bottle. If you drank directly from the bottle, ensure you leave with the remaining water. Don’t open, kiss, and leave the rest behind. No one would drink it and your host won’t be happy throwing it away. This one annoys me the most. I hate wasting water and food and it’s not about the money. Some people don’t have good water to drink or food to eat.

–If your host is a bachelor and you have access to his kitchen. Whatever you dirty in the kitchen, clean it up. Don’t mess up his kitchen and leave it behind like that. Who’s going to clean it?

–Whatever you touch, ensure you keep it the way it was. I don’t like my house being disorganized. Everything has its place. Don’t get over-familiar with your host and disrespect his or her house. Make your host want to have you around longer than wish you should leave immediately,.

_TOPIC:_ *The Truth Shall Set You Free.*

_TEXT:_ Ecclesiastes 12 : 13

*Our text above says:* Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. One of the reasons why we should fear God is because a time is coming, when God shall bring every work into judgement, including every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
*1 Timothy 5 : 24 - 25 says: Some* men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.
Likewise also the good works of some are manifest beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.
*In Micah 6 : 8 the bible says:* God hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? We should fear and reverence God because, He is the only one who has the power to kill our spirit, soul and body and cast it into hell. That is the reason why *Apostle Paul says in Philippians 2 : 12* Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
*And also in 1 Corinthians 9 : 26 - 27 He said:* I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. Anybody can be a castaway in this narrow way to heaven if care is not taken, because God is not a respecter of any persons. Whether pastor, evangelist, prophet, prophetess, bishop, apostle, teacher, elder, deacon or church members.
*Malachi 1 : 6 says:* A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the Lord of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. ...

Dear Pastor, you will shepherd people, do their marriage counselling, support them, take them for dowry negotiations in villages that are not in Google maps, some you even pay their dowry, you will support them financially and even marry them and send them for honeymoon....
...soon as they return from honeymoon, they are now trusting God for direction to move to a neutral church. They have now entered into a new season where your church is not in their level. A very interesting people these ones!

Anybody that wants to move to a neutral church should move before they make you labour like an ox. Let them go and get their support thither. May God deliver you from users. Nonetheless, your reward is with God.

*THE DANGERS OF FAMILIARITY IN MINISTRY*

(Understanding Familiarity)

Even my familiar friend, whom I trusted (relied on and was confident), who ate of my bread, has lifted his heel against me.
Psalm 41:9 AMPC

Familiarity is knowing something or somebody so well or becoming very acquainted with something or somebody, especially to the point that you start treating it or him casually and probably taking it or him for granted.

Familiarity is not good for ministry. Any minister who wants an impactful ministry must guard against familiarity with his members.

You can run your ministry like a family but even though it is a family, there must be no familiarity in the family.

As a pastor, subscribe to humility and maybe, simplicity but not familiarity.

Familiarity shortcircuits the flow of the anointing in the life and ministry of the anointed.
Jesus Christ could not do mighty works among his people because of familiarity and He exclaimed that a prophet is honored everywhere except among his people.

According to Aesop, "Familiarity breeds contempt." Mark Twain further opined that "Familiarity breeds contempt- and children."

A call to ministry is a call to honor and when someone is in honor but does not know, understand, and abide in the honor, he will perish like a beast.

Dear Pastor, carry yourself with dignity and honour. Don't go and play in the mud with your members.

Gracious night

Blessed Friday my friends
Mark 10:46-52 - Jesus heals Bartimaeus the blind

KEY LESSONS
1.Position yourself strategically for blessings
-When Bartimaeus heard that Jesus was visiting Jericho he sat strategically at the path where Jesus was to pass

2. Take Action
-Use what you have to get what u don't have
- Though he was blind he used his ears very well to hear that Jesus was coming to the city and also his mouth to call upon Jesus

3. Beware of the Dream Killers
-The crowd rebuked him &tried to shut him down but he pressed on until Jesus heard his cries
-He was fully focused on his dream &cared less about the people's opinion

4. Patience &Persistence Pays
-After all these struggles Jesus eventually heard the shout &ordered the people to call Bartimaeus

5. God can use even your enemies to deliver your blessings
-The same crowd that was rebuking Bartimaeus was the same that God ordered to summon him for his blessings.

6. You cannot climb the hill of success while dressed in the attire of failure
-When Bartimaeus was called out he threw his cloak aside &jumped to Jesus
-The attires of failure include negative attitude, low self esteem etc

7. Be specific with your dream
- Jesus asked him; "what do you want", and he replied; "I want to see".
-Always be sure &specific with what u want &present your request to God

8. God's time is the best
- When God speaks all your shame &blindness goes away &all your enemies go silent as they watch your blessings

My dear may the Lord help us position ourselves for blessings

Apostle Paul said in Acts.20.28 - Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
Acts.20.29 - For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
Acts.20.30 - Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

tell them they will never prevail in their evil plans, against you! Tell them to get used, because you are in this World for a purpose 💪💪.
Psalm 38:19
Many have become my enemies without cause; those who hate me without reason are numerous.
