1. Chocolate Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1/4 cup melted chocolate
• 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add flour + cocoa powder, mix gently.
4. Pour into lined tray and bake 10–12 minutes.
5. Roll cake (with paper) while warm, let cool.
6. Unroll, spread whipped cream + melted chocolate.
7. Roll again and chill before slicing.
2. Vanilla Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped cream
• Powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Beat eggs + sugar until thick.
2. Add vanilla and flour.
3. Bake 10–12 minutes.
4. Roll while warm and cool.
5. Fill with whipped cream.
6. Roll and dust with powdered sugar.
3. Strawberry Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
• 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Prepare sponge batter and bake.
2. Roll warm cake and cool.
3. Spread cream and add strawberries.
4. Roll tightly.
5. Chill before serving.
4. Matcha Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tbsp matcha powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Mix flour with matcha.
2. Beat eggs + sugar until fluffy.
3. Fold in dry ingredients.
4. Bake and roll while warm.
5. Fill with cream and roll again.
5. Lemon Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Add lemon zest to batter.
2. Bake sponge cake.
3. Roll and cool.
4. Mix lemon juice into cream.
5. Spread, roll, and chill.
6. Red Velvet Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 5 eggs
• Red food coloring
• 1 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions:
1. Prepare red velvet batter.
2. Bake 10–12 minutes.
3. Roll warm cake and cool.
