When i started out in my baking i made it my aim to have authentically flavoured cakes and its a good journey thus far.Our cakes are moist,well balanced on the sugar and packed with flavour.This cowboy hat cake was a chocolate packed affair,red velvet and chocolate layers of cake covered in chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.
My client loved every bit of it.
