Out of nowhere, on an easy sunny Monday, I found oatmeal sitting quietly in my pantry… and I wondered, what next?
Then an idea struck my mind ,why not bake a cake with it?
Faster, faster 😄 I ran to ChatGPT for a recipe, and voilà!
Luckily, I also had two ripe bananas waiting patiently.
And just like that, this wholesome banana oat bread was born ,simple ingredients, a calm Monday mood, a little curiosity, and lots of love baked in. 😋😋
