神保町「魚玉」さんの暖簾でございます。こちらのお店では、昼夜に美味しいお魚が頂けます。なんでも、元々魚屋だったとの事、直球に美味い訳です。長いカウンター席では、老若男女が静かに焼き場を囲みます。
白米も無性に美味しく、丁寧な仕事が窺われます^ ^
先代亡き後、現在は姉弟で暖簾を継承されています。唯一無二の文字の再現には細心の注意を払わせて頂きました。暖簾の新調が、心機一転になったと言って頂けて、嬉しく思います。

Delicious fish in Jimbocho! Be sure to stop by while exploring this charming neighborhood ^ ^
Noren made for “Uotama” in Jimbocho. Apparently, it started out as a fish shop, which explains why the food is simply outstanding. Along side the long counter table, people of all ages quietly gather around the grill.
The white rice is also incredibly delicious, a testament to the care and attention to detail that goes into everything here ^ ^
The shop is now run by a brother and sister who have taken over the business from their parents. We took the utmost care to faithfully reproduce the unique calligraphy of the Noren. We’re delighted to hear that the new noren has helped the owners start fresh^ ^
