Eurovision cupcakes! Loved the red, purple, pink and blue colours in the logo this year! (White chocolate hearts are surprisingly hard to pipe cleanly.) Showing off my new cupcake stand ☺️

Broadway classics with Key of She called for some Broadway playbills on champagne flavoured cupcakes! You can't quite see the gold sparkles on the cupcakes, but they're there! I always love it when I get to take home empty cupcake carriers at the end of the night 😊

I made cookies for Eurovision and then forgot to upload them!! This took a lot of planning to get all the colours in there, and the red came out darker than I'd like, but they're all identifiable! I forgot the small detail on Malta, though, sorry Malta!!! I loved your song! I also only had 24 cookies, for the 26 participants, so I had to cut two of them. Sorry San Marino, your flag is hard 😅

My wife turned 40 this year! So of course we had an 80s themed party. Luckily the 80s is a really distinctive looking decade, lol. Neon crazy patterns it is! Happy birthday to my sweetie!
This one is a three tier vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream using Satin Ice Neon food color gel. Sprinkles around the base are from !

Chocolate cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting, fondant and gumpaste decorations. No proceeds went to anyone but me, lol. The cake didn't come out as light as it usually does, it was quite dense, so that's the last time I'm using that "high altitude baking" book... Lesson learned!

I made vegan cookies for my brother-in-law's 50th birthday! Royal icing made with aquafaba (the liquid from canned chickpeas) looks and tastes just like the regular kind!
My BIL loves horror movies, and his favourite is called The House of 1000 Corpses. I took a look at the art from the movie (see last picture) and went "oh, horror clowns! I can do that!" 😄 These sugar cookies were requested to be 'marble cookies', and you can just about see the bits of chocolate cookie peeking around the edges.
