Milk 'n' Cookies Homemade goodies to help increase and support healthy lactation. The flavors offered are very broad so choosy moms have lots of options.

As a nursing mother of one and a very hectic schedule, I started to notice a decrease in my breastmilk supply. So with definite knowledge that it was very important to me that I continued to nurse my son I know I desperately needed a boost! With much research and connection with lactation specialists, I have created a menu of goodies to help aid other mommas with the same issues I had. All products I offer are made with lactation supplements that promote healthy milk production like brewer's yeast, flaxseed, steel cut oats, and fenugreek. I hope to help you increase that liquid gold and provide what is best for your little one: FOOD.
