Pinoy macaroon

2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup refined sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 can condensed milk

Mix the first three ingredients. Set aside.
Cream butter using a stand/hand mixer.
Add the sugar beat them together until well blended.
Add the eggs, one at a time.
Then add the condensed milk.
Finally add the vanilla extract.

Scoop them in your prepared muffin pan. Bake for about 20 to 22 minutes.
But really, it depends on your oven.
I bake mine at 170°C for 22 minutes
This recipe would make around 20 macaroons depending on the size of your muffin pans
