テレココの「フレンドリースイーツ 」とは、友達みたいに身近で、楽しいスイーツという意味。

作り手のテレサが子供の頃に食べたホームメイドスイーツをベースにして、国内産の食材や地元の農産物をできるだけ使い安心して食べれるスイーツをつくります。
そして、「どんな方でも、美味しいスイーツをいつでも食べれるストレスフリーなケーキショップがあったら素敵！」と、 砂糖、卵、小麦の気になる方や、ベジタリアン、ビーガンの方に向けたシンプルで美味しいスイーツもつくりはじめました。

I made this cute little loaf because I wanted to test 2 things; a score that looks like a dandelion and a swirl of dark rye and a lighter whole wheat inside. So, fail and fail, plus I cut it in half while it was still too hot. It tastes amazing though so I am trying not to eat the whole thing before 5:00. 😁
