【これぞエリモのチームワーク！This is Team Erimo at its best!】

三連休前に、みんなで工場内の床を塗り直しました。見違えるほどピカピカになり、「やってよかった！」と実感しています。

心地よい疲れとともに、大きな達成感も得られました。「定期的に続けたい」「会社に来るのがさらに楽しみになった」といったうれしい声もあがっています。

ご協力いただいた皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！

This is Team Erimo at its best!

Just before the long weekend, we came together to repaint the factory floor. It’s now sparkling clean, and we truly feel it was worth the effort.

Along with a satisfying sense of accomplishment came some pleasant fatigue. We’ve already heard positive comments like, “Let’s do this regularly,” and “I’m even more excited to come to work now.”

A big thank you to everyone who helped make it happen!

Following the Lean presentation in summer, we felt significant growth, and in November and December, our team united to achieve record-breaking results. 【リーン生産方式の発表会と夏の慰労会Lean Production Method Presentation and Summer Appreciation Party】
8月の月例会では、5つのグループに分かれてリーン生産方式の成果発表会を行いました。効率的な発想がたくさんあり、大賞を受賞した裏打ちチームと副賞の染色調色チーム、おめでとうございます。
その後、待ちに待った夏の慰労会が開催されました。美味しい食事やビンゴゲームを楽しみ、猛暑の中でも無事にお盆休みを迎えることができました。
In the August monthly meeting, we held a presentation of the results of the Lean Production Method, divided into five groups. There were many efficient ideas, and congratulations to the winning team, the Backing Team, and the runner-up, the Dyeing and Color Toning Team.
After that, we held the long-awaited Summer Appreciation Party. We enjoyed delicious food and bingo games, successfully welcoming the Obon holiday amidst the heat.

エリモ工業は今年も木津川市花火大会に協賛させていただきました。夏の夜空が大輪の花火で彩られ、多くの人々がその美しさに感動しました。花火が打ち上がるたびに、歓声が上がり、地域の人々が一つになって楽しむ素晴らしい瞬間でした。このような地域イベントを支援できることを大変嬉しく思っております。
Erimo Industries proudly sponsored the Kizugawa City Fireworks Festival again this year. The summer night sky was adorned with magnificent fireworks, captivating many spectators with their beauty. With each burst of fireworks, cheers erupted, creating wonderful moments of unity among the local community. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to support such regional events.

【木津川市より小学校3校の総勢144名の工場見学来社】
今年の7月、3つの小学校から144名の小学生がエリモ工業を訪れ、天然繊維壁紙の製造工程を見学しました。弊社の壁紙製造は社会科の副教材にも取り上げられています。
- 7月2日：相楽台小学校（53名）
- 7月11日：相楽小学校（56名）
- 7月16日：加茂小学校（35名）
元気いっぱいの3年生たちからは、「すごいことしてる！」「大きくなったら働きたい」など、嬉しい感想もいただきました。暑い中、一生懸命に見学してくれてありがとうございました！
夏休みが始まりました。元気で楽しく、安全な休暇をお過ごしください！
案内を担当してくれたチームメンバーもお疲れ様でした

[Factory Visit by 144 Elementary School Students from Three Schools in Kizugawa City]
In July this year, 144 students from three elementary schools visited Erimo Industries to observe the manufacturing process of natural fiber wallpaper. This initiative is also included in their social studies supplementary materials.

- July 2: Saganakadai Elementary School (53 students)
- July 11: Saganaka Elementary School (56 students)
- July 16: Kamo Elementary School (35 students)

The energetic third graders shared delightful comments like, "This is amazing!" and "I want to work here when I grow up!" Thank you for your dedication during this hot summer day.
Now that summer vacation has begun, we wish you a fun, healthy, and safe break!

【万博2025 OSAKA EXPO】English follows
大阪万博2025開催1ヶ月がすぎました。世界最大の西陣織建築、『飯田グループ×大阪公立大学共同パビリオン』は圧巻です。細尾さんの西陣織デザインは素晴らしいインパクトで、弊社もパビリオンエントランスの壁紙裏打ち加工をさせていただきました。また他にもイギリス館の中の壁紙も加工させていただきました。お立ち寄りされた方、是非ご覧ください！
【Osaka Expo 2025 OSAKA EXPO 】One month has passed since the Osaka Expo 2025 was held. The world's largest Nishijin-ori architecture, the Iida Group x Osaka Public University Joint Pavilion, is a spectacular sight. Hosoo's Nishijin-ori designs have a wonderful impact , and our company provided the backing for the wallpaper the pavilion's entrance. We also provided the wallpaper inside the British Pavilion. If you are visiting, please come and take a look!

[Local contribution]
Erimo donated the Asahi Photo News bulletin board to Kizugawa City Kamo Elementary School. We support the children who will be responsible for the future to become interested in the world through four photos and articles once a week, and to lead to a bright future.
