AyaKashi Sweets is a quiet little hideaway to read, write, or just hang out while drinking good coffee or tea, and having delicious sweets. For parties, we will create an intimate event space for around 10 people where we can personalize a menu & order-made sweets to your taste and budget. She was then appointed as the exclusive pastry chef at a members-only Italian restaurant in Akasaka, Tokyo. A
ya has also been the lead pastry chef at parties for Dior, the Italian Embassy, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce.
アヤカシスイーツの発端は、隠れ家のようにひっそりと佇む店内で美味しいコーヒーや紅茶と一緒にこだわりのケーキを食べてほしい、でも、気取らないで、普段使いでのんびりと、読書や書き物をしながら、空想に耽りながら、ゆっくりとした時間の流れも感じてほしくて。
また、都内じゃ実現できないような、10人前後でできる小さな貸切パーティーやイベントスペースとして色々なひとたちに気軽に使ってもらいたい。飲み放題は無いけど、1人当たりこの位の金額で、こんな料理、ドリンク、など。オリジナリティあるパーティーやイベント作りを一緒にお手伝いしたい。もちろん、アヤカシスイーツにおまかせ、も大歓迎です！
アヤカシスイーツのパティシエについて。
ルコルドンブルー卒業後、ピエールエルメにてパティシエを勤める。赤坂にある会員制イタリアンレストランにて専属パティシエに就任。ディオールやイタリア大使館、在日イタリア商工会議所などパーティーの席でケーキの腕を振るったのち、アヤカシスイーツのパティシエとして現在に至る。
