Mga suki. Pasensya na tlaga now lang naka update🥰
It’s been two weeks since I gave birth to my unico hijo, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
This journey was one of the hardest battles I’ve ever faced. There were so many moments when fear and uncertainty consumed me. I kept thinking about all the things that could go wrong, and I could only hold on to my faith and pray.
A week before my scheduled C-section, I was admitted to the hospital because my blood pressure suddenly became very high. I was already having contractions, but I wasn’t yet in active labor.
During my operation, my blood pressure reached 160/100, and I lost 1,300 mL of blood. I remember shaking uncontrollably, and it was one of the scariest moments of my life. But God carried me through it, and I will forever be grateful for His protection.
My baby was born in good condition at first, but shortly after, the doctors noticed that his lungs weren’t functioning as they should. He was immediately transferred to a bigger hospital and admitted to the NICU. As a mother, watching my newborn be taken away was heartbreaking. I felt helpless, and all I could do was pray and trust God’s plan.
By His grace, our little warrior responded so well. After just two days, his vital signs returned to normal. He stayed in the NICU for a week so the doctors could continue monitoring him, and every single day felt like a lifetime. The moment we were finally told he was healthy and could come home was one of the happiest moments of our lives.
During my recovery, my husband encouraged me to completely step away from social media, especially Facebook, so I could focus on healing physically, mentally, and emotionally. It was the best decision, and I’m so thankful for his love and support.
To everyone who prayed for us, sent messages, called, and checked in on me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I may not have been able to reply or post updates, but please know that your love, prayers, and kind words meant so much to us during such a difficult time.
My third pregnancy was far from easy, but every tear, every prayer, every sleepless night, and every challenge was worth it. Today, I look at my healthy baby boy, and my heart is full.
Thank You, Lord, for never leaving our side. Thank You for giving me the strength to fight, for protecting my precious baby, and for surrounding us with people who loved and prayed for us. We will forever be grateful.
To God be all the glory. 🤍🙏
