Finally am getting around to posting extra baking supplies!
Brewers yeast $10/can, 2 available, 2 pk is $27 on amazon
Brewers yeast $5 for half full can

Dairy and allergen free chocolate chips $2/bag, 4 available, these are $4-something at the commissary. Best by date is April 10th

Giant tubs of coconut oil, each are about 1/2 full $5 each

Everything else, $1 each. The Trader Joe’s bourbon vanilla is 1/2 full, everything else is unopened and nothing is expired! I’ve also got some dark brown sugar is anyone wants that

Oreo Brownies
1/3 C cocoa powder (I always used special dark)
1/3 C white sugar
2/3 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2TBSP brewers yeast

1/3 C oil (I used coconut oil)
1/2 C warm water
2TBSP ground flaxseed mixed with 3 TBSP warm water (mix and let sit for about 5 min before adding)

1/2 C chocolate chips (I use enjoy life brand dairy free chips)
About 3 Oreos crumbled up

Sift or whisk all dry ingredients together. Add all wet ingredients and mix together. Add chocolate chips and crumbled Oreos.
Bake at 350* for 20 min. They might seem a little soft when you take them out, baking any more than 20 min will result in them being dry. Let cool completely before icing

Icing
1/4 C chilled dairy free margarine
1/4 C coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 C powdered sugar

Mix margarine, coconut oil, and vanilla together with mixer until blended. Slowly add powdered sugar. Mix until fluffy. Put on brownies and finish off with crumbled Oreos

M&M Lactation Cookies

1/2 C butter
1/2 C light brown sugar
1/4 C white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 C all-purpose flour
1/4 C instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp basking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 TBSP ground flaxseed
2 TBSP brewers yeast
1 C m&m’s

Soften butter (not melted though). Blend with sugars. Add in egg and vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients, except m&ms. Slowly add dry mix to wet ingredients.

Once everything is blended, add in m&ms

Bake at 350*F for about 12 min

Hi All! Amalia Love was born January 25th! She is so sweet and so roly-poly 💕

I was hoping to do some baking before PCSing but life got in the way and things have been a little crazy with baby, toddler, and prepping to PCS. So I will NOT be doing any more baking in Okinawa 😢 I will be posting the brewers yeast and some of the other baking ingredients I still have up for sale soon for anyone who’s interested.

If there are other lactation bakeries on island, please feel free to share them in the comments for anyone looking for cookies!

This week is flying by! I’m taking orders for banana bread for Friday delivery! $5 per loaf and they can be plain, chocolate chip, walnut, or blueberry
I’ve also got chocolate chip cookie dough available, 2 dozen spiced caramel and white chocolate (cookie dough) available, and 2 dozen M&M cookies (dough) available. All cookie dough is $6/dozen (cookie dough is already portioned out)

I’ll be on Kadena from 11-11:30 by the bx
I’ll be on Foster from 12:30-1:00 by the Sumo burrito

Good Morning! How is it already December?!
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant 🤰🏻 so I’m getting close to the end! I’m going to be making some changes for this month and then most likely closing down at the beginning of January. Starting this month, I’ll be doing cookie dough that you bake at home (not to be eaten raw!) this will allow me to offer more flavors each week and you’ll be able to have a few cookies whenever you want! I’ll do a couple more brownie pan and banana bread sales as well.

Cookie dough flavors I’ll be offering:
-Chocolate Chip (dairy free, w/oats, flaxseed, and brewers yeast)
-Oatmeal Raisin (dairy free, w/oats, flaxseed, and brewers yeast)
-M&M cookies (w/flaxseed and brewers yeast)

Happy Wednesday! I will have 6 pans of Oreo. Brownies available for tomorrow! The pans are 8”x8”, dairy free and egg free, made with oats, flaxseed, and brewers yeast.

Happy Monday! I’m carving out some time today/tomorrow to bake! I’m making chocolate chip cookies and maaaybe, if I get enough time, oatmeal raisin cookies as well! I’ll update later today with how much I’m getting baked up, gotta do some grocery shopping and cleaning done before I can start baking and at 31 weeks preggo I don’t move super fast 😂
