If you ask around you will discover that there are Spanish, Brazilian, Mexican flans, almost every Latin American country has a claim to their own type of flan. Let me introduce you to my very own take on a Jamaican flan. Smooth, decadent, with that oh so familiar Jamaican twist of rum and coconut! Could have been a bit rummier but let me leave that for another day! ^_^ This was my first trial...loved how it turned out so other versions will be coming up!
