The company in partnership with its sister company Continental Baking are the largest distributor of buns, breads and biscuits to the Central, Southern and Northern parts of Jamaica. Baking Enterprises owns the ‘Yummy’

and ‘Holsum’ brands, and all products are distributed from three branches strategically located in Mandeville, Montego Bay and St. The company also has a first class fully equipped baking facility located in Williamsfield Manchester. Over the last two years, the company has refocused its attention to providing their loyal customers with products that are truly “best in value best in taste”, at convenient locations island wide. Since 2010, the Yummy brand has introduced four new products, the coconut bread which is a delicious sweet bread with real toasted coconut flakes, raisin bread, Cinna-bun and real o’l time bulla.
