We are introducing the MyChekr Mini age-checking camera system in store to help us verify that customers are over 18 for V**e Products and over 25 for our Zen Confectionery Baked goods and Gummies.
The System works by facial feature analysing and estimates a customer’s age, (the Images are not stored on any system)
MyChekr is there to support our staff with age verification and help ensure we’re complying with our legal responsibilities with our age-restricted products. And our own set age-restricted products such as Zen and Phyre Dawg.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you’re asked for proof of age, please have a valid form of ID ready – we only accept in-date passports, driving licences and a verified Yoti account. We do not accept any pictures of passports or driving licences on phones.

Eliquid Tax Update... we’ve still not increased the majority of our e-liquid prices — mainly because the stock we purchased before the import tax came into effect which was 3-4 months worth is still going well. We’ll continue to hold our prices until this stock runs out and we replace it with Imported tax stock. We hope to continue to give our customers the best possible value while stocks last. Also after, keeping the increases down to just the extra tax and looking for alternatives to keep our prices sustainable for our customers.

We still have over 96% of our 10 ml's bottles at non taxed prices and over 95% of our 100ml bottles at non taxed prices.
