GREENHOUSE TURNS FIVE! 🌿💚🎉

And what a way to celebrate FIVE YEARS of GREENHOUSE! 🙌

We had the absolute pleasure of creating a whole lot of cakey goodness for GREENHOUSE 2026 this weekend, and OH MY GOODNESS, what a colourful one this was! 😍💖

If you haven't heard of GREENHOUSE, it's a fantastic annual event organised by Jacqui Patton and the team at Floor Ten, bringing together Jersey's business community for a day packed with inspiration, brilliant speakers, fresh ideas and making connections!

And we absolutely LOVE everything it stands for! 💚

To celebrate their FIFTH event, we created this rather fabulous number 5 cake, alongside 175 branded mini cupcakes individually boxed!

We LOVE working with other local businesses, especially when we get to be part of something as special as this!

A HUGE thank you to the GREENHOUSE team for trusting our little cakey business with your celebrations!

Let's hear it for our SIGNATURE SWIRLS! 🧁👏

The little cupcakes that put our little cakey dream on the map nearly NINE years ago! 🥹

You've ordered them for Birthdays, Christenings, Corporate Rebrands, Weddings, Treat Tables... you name it, they've been there!

And the COLOURS. 😂 We've probably made them in every shade imaginable. Black, blue, purple, pink, green... if there's a colour, we've probably swirled it.

So BIG IT UP for our Signature Swirls. The OGs. The icons. The ones that started it all.

I LOVE our new Frozen design! We’ve made around 10,000 different Frozen cakes over the years (yes, I’m exaggerating 😂), and this theme is still going STRONG. Apparently, none of us are ready to let it go… 👀😂

I think this might be my FAVE yet! What do you think? 💙❄️

What a month that week was 😂🍰
Cupcake Club, corporate orders and a SERIOUS amount of cake… and I mean a lot.

The fridge Tetris was very real. Pretty sure we spent half the week opening the door, staring at it, and going “right… where is this one going?” 😂

Having My Cake and Eating It Too 🍰💪

Excuse the cheesy photos 😂 and I am more than a before-and-after photo. HOWEVER… when you finally reach the goal weight you set yourself before turning 40… CELEBRATION IS NEEDED!

Two babies, two C-sections, a cake business, job changes, COVID, running, surfing, lifting weights… growing, changing and learning to accept myself along the way.

45 lbs lost. A whole lot of life lived.
I haven’t seen this weight in 12 years. TWELVE!!!! I’m proud of myself!!!

As someone with polycystic o***y syndrome, losing weight has been a massive challenge. Weight-loss injections weren’t the route for me (absolutely no judgement towards anyone who chooses them). My journey involved a whole lot of blood, sweat and tears… and cake 😂

Turning 40 in 23 days, with new sports & hobbies and feeling fitter than I ever have in my life. I’m so grateful to this body and everything it lets me do.

If you’re working towards feeling healthier and fitter, coming from the girl who eats cake every week... If I can do it.... you definitely CAN!

Our new unicorn cake out in the wild! 🦄🌈

Apparently, the last unicorn sighting was near a loch in Scotland in 2014… but they turn up in my kitchen ALL the time. 😂
