Happy, happy 18th birthday to a fashionista who still loves her Baa Baa! Loved how cute my sugar lamb replica turned out! Delicious chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache. This lucky lady won’t have anything else. The make up and red bow are also made from sugar and are edible. Hope you enjoyed your surprise birthday cake. Much love Sam x

Happy 6th birthday Thomas. I hope you enjoyed your “piñata” Minecraft cake at your party today. All the figures were edible together with the sword. Thomas also particularly requested his favourite animal, so in addition to Steve, a creeper and TNT squares I made a Minecraft panda for him. Delicious chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and delicate vanilla sponge with vanilla and strawberry filling. Each tier also contained smarties which spilled out when cut. This cake was so, so heavy!
