The Breadsticks

Traditionally its birth dates back to 1679, when the court baker Antonio Brunero, under the indications of the doctor Teobaldo Pecchio of Lanzo, invented it in order to feed the future king Vittorio Amedeo II, of poor health and unable to digest the crumb of the bread.
Over time it has become one of the best known Italian foods in the world and among its admirers we cannot fail to mention Napoleon Bonaparte who at the beginning of the 19th century even created a Turin-Paris courier service dedicated above all to the transport of his beloved petits bâton de Turìn .

If you are looking for a machine that is easy to use and provides coherent results together with a higher efficiency for your bakery, the TECHNO machine is the ideal solution. What’s more, it is suitable for any type of workshop thanks to its size.

The Techno machine is conceived to assure the production of several types of bakery items: from the “Stirati” and “Rubatà” breadsticks to “Ciabatte” and “Sofficini” soft bread, with a rapid change in the type of production. The whole process of load is supplied by an adjustable dough feeder and a calibrator barrel that maintain the thickness of the dough constant and improve the homogeneity of the products.

The transverse cutting system has been especially designed to eliminate any artificial trace from the product while the longitudinal cutting system has been designed to provide a fast and easy use, with the possibility to vary the pressure on the product according to the firmness of the dough.

The machine has been supplied with an extractable pressing plate that allows to produce excellent “Rubatà” breadsticks thanks to a simple adjustment of the pressure.
