La nocciola piemontese, protagonista tra pralinato e mousse, arricchita da gel d’arancia e zeste semicandite incontra la tecnica francese della Paris-Brest.
E poi l'iconica forma a ruota, richiamo all’origine del nome di Del Cambio, legato al cambio dei cavalli delle carrozze dirette verso la città francese.

The Piedmontese hazelnut, protagonist among praline and mousse, enriched with orange gel and semi-candied zest, meets the French technique of the Paris-Brest.
And then there is the iconic wheel-shaped design, a nod to the origin of the name ‘Del Cambio’, linked to the changing of horses on carriages heading to the French city.
