As some of you may know, since 1999 we have owned and operated a hostel which is also where bagel order pickups take place. We started making and selling our bagels in 2020 when the hostel was closed at the beginning of the pandemic lockdowns.

At the hostel, we take on volunteers for work/accommodation exchanges. Our two current volunteers recently sent us these WhatsApp messages after eating our chocolate chip bagels: “The chocolate chip bagel???? AMAZING. Like life changing kind of food.” And “I told a guest the other day that these bagels were a turning point in my life. The now before these bagels and after.” 🤎
