Okay, hear me out.. I, personally, am not a fan of matcha, but I wanted to do something “green” for my Christmas Menu without using the help of food coloring, lol. That’s why I had to try making matcha cookies with white chocolate.

I know people that go crazy for matcha, but I also know people that don’t like the taste of it. But let me tell you, these cookies are actually delicious! They’re soft, chewy, moist, buttery and not too sweet! The matcha flavor is not overwhelming, just the right amount. I can’t wait to share this with y’all! 😋

I know Christmas is still in 5 months, but who can deny Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies? These are perfectly soft, moist and chewy with just a hint of cocoa flavor!

I have gone through many trials and errors to find the right ingredients and consistency of these cookies.. If I say these are thick, I really mean THICCC AF! Also chewy and exploding with gooey chocolate chips inside and chocolate puddles outside! Trust me, they're very addicting!
