The villa is located on the Aretine Chianti hills, in a lovely countryside area at the foot of Pratomagno mountain and along to the historic Romanic road called “Sette Ponti”. This is an old farmhouse originally built in 1806 and carefully restructured with particular attention at the maintenance of its exquisite rustic features: wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, original wooden windows,

antique wood-burning bread oven. Externally, “L’Oliveta” Country Villa is completely surrounded by hectares of typical terraced olive groves and offers complete well-being and leisure to our guests by playing in the pool, reading in the garden, relaxing in the jacuzzi or enjoying the wonderful view over the Arno Valley and the Siena’s Chianti hills from our panoramic terrace with barbecue. Even if you are an active person or you like to rest enjoying natural beauties, our Country Villa “L’Oliveta” offers a lot of possibilities; please visit our Facilities page to view in detail. The farmhouse has 3 floors, each one with direct access to the garden but internally connected. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 fire places, a large dining room and a lot of space to make your holiday more confortable.
