Oleassoluto Basilico Fresco is here.
An extra virgin olive oil cold-macerated with freshly harvested basil leaves, picked once a year in summer, in Umbria.

No added aromas. No preservatives. Just basil and organic EVO oil, nothing else.

Crafted like a perfume. Made to be tasted.

The art of hands.

Before the basil is harvested.
Before it is brought to the mill.
Before it is gently touched and set to macerate.

There are hands that choose, select, touch and create.

Every bottle of Oleassoluto is made by real people who believe in what they do. A family, a valley, two exceptional ingredients, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, expressing their finest potential.

Oleassoluto. Crafted like a perfume. Made to be tasted.

It’s that time of year again.

An essence captured through a time-honoured ritual of patience, gestures and selection.

A small memory from last year, a reminder of which leaves were ready for the tincture, and which ones were not. A letter from Nikita to his father Luigi, announcing that the basil is almost ready for harvest.

Our lemon peels come from the sun drenched lands of Sicily, an island where this citrus fruit has been cultivated since the 9th century. Here, an extraordinary microclimate, shaped by rich volcanic soils, gentle sea breezes, and intense sunlight, creates the ideal environment for fruit with an unmistakable character.

Each peel holds the essence of the Sicilian sun: a vivid yellow hue, filled with energy and fragrance. During the milling process, its precious essential oil blends harmoniously with extra virgin olive oil, creating a natural and perfect fusion.

The result is a freshly extracted oil with a bright, refreshing bouquet, capable of evoking the same golden light that has always lived within the lemon’s radiant pigments.
