Easter week = Easter food 😁
Well... We started celebrating already with a mini pastiera cake!!!! That's just the beginning 😜 Pastiera is a Neapolitan traditional cake made in Italy during Easter. It comes from Naples but very popular all over Italy! It's a shortcrust filled with ricotta, wheat grains, lemon and candied orange. The smell is a mix of orange, ricotta and vanilla ingredients and it tastes fabulous!!!
Lazy to bake one but luckily we can buy a good one in the nearby bakery shop!!! And... we did 😋☺️
