When your NATO group throws a North American Culture Night/Tailgating party, you of course have to bring a popular American dessert… !
In case you didn’t know, I’m a , that’s actually how I came into the cookie making biz❤️ In the states I worked in Physical Therapy, but with our first overseas move ( we are in our second overseas tour now) I wasn’t going to be able to work in my field.. so I turned my hobby into my new “job” ❤️ thus CookieTherapy by Jenny was born ( a little play on words/work😘)!
This tour we are Sicily/Italy and are attached to the NATO command here. It’s been such a joy getting to know amazing people from all over Europe and beyond. I am so thankful for these life experiences for myself and our family ❤️❤️ It’s been fun to introduce this type of cookies to some of our non US/UK friends, and to bring a little taste of home to those from the states🥰 I’m looking forward to baking here and being a part of celebrations throughout our small but mighty community ❤️ ( Due to our SOFA agreement with Italy as of right now I am only able to make cookies for those within the Sigonella community)

Buon Natale! Aka Merry Christmas! This year I just made some stocking stuffer cookies for my oldest son’s class ❤️ Finally got some ingredients I’ve been waiting for for over a month ( Merry Christmas to me) and did some traveling🎉 Hoping you all have had a joy-filled holidays and are looking forward to new and exciting things like I am this coming year ❤️

Guess who’s back, back again?! Jenny’s back, tell a friend😆 After 5 months of not having our Household goods we finally received them about 3 weeks ago! So this weekend I decided to stretch my cookie making muscles to make some cookies for our Friendsgiving we hosted! Not gonna lie, I’m a little rusty but it felt good to get creative again! Not quite ready for orders, but soon!
