Ever wondered how Éleat Tartufi started?

In 2017 we were two university students in Turin, with no real plan - just curiosity and a bit of instinct.
Giulia’s dad, already in the truffle world, suggested we try offering some to a few restaurants in the city.
We were curious, not totally convinced it would be our thing, but we gave it a shot. And we liked it.

Not long after, we moved back to Alba and opened our shop. We needed roots, something real.

Then the pandemic hit. Everything fell apart for a while. We felt lost but we kept going. Slowly, stubbornly.

Over the years, Éleat grew with us: new ideas, new energy, same heart. And somewhere along the way, Pedro enjoyed the team - a whirlwind of affection and chaos we wouldn’t trade for anything.

It’s been a journey made of growth, doubts, wins, and constant evolution.
And truly, this is only the beginning.
