Dairy-Free Vanilla Strawberry Cake 🍓

The frosting is made with coconut oil/butter?, vegan cream cheese and powdered sugar. I’m so surprised at how well it turned out, now I just need to learn to make it gluten free so the boyfriend can eat it 🥰
