Behind every festive box from Ember was a very real kitchen.

Flour everywhere. Timelines overlapping. Ovens acting up at the worst possible time.

Long wait times, longer days, and a constant hum of “what next?”

Christmas at a home bakery isn’t just about pretty bakes —
it’s about learning on the go, fixing what breaks, reworking plans at midnight,
and still showing up the next morning with a smile.

There were moments of chaos.
Moments of doubt.
And also so many moments of joy —
watching trays come out right, orders finally packed,
faces tired but happy.

Building Ember has been a lesson in patience, resilience,
and accepting that growth isn’t always neat or linear.
Sometimes it’s messy, sometimes overwhelming —
but always deeply fulfilling.

We took a short pause after the Christmas and New Year rush.
To rest. To reset. To breathe.
And now, we’re back —
with fresh ideas, new flavours, and the same love for slow, thoughtful baking.

At Ember, we got to celebrate Anik & Megha’s anniversary in the coziest way—a night that flowed from firelit conversations outdoors to a warm, beautiful gathering indoors. ✨

We curated an experience for them and their closest friends…

Fresh drinks by the garden fire, a live barbecue crackling away, and small bites passed around as laughter filled the space.

Later, everyone moved inside for cake, an intimate celebration, and a dinner spread crafted just for them.

It was one of those evenings that felt unhurried, heartfelt, and full of warmth—exactly what Ember was built for. 🧡
