We use buttercream and no fondant. So if your decor customisation falls within our scope, then we are open to be a part of your celebrations big and small.

A Cake Party at the bakery.

Cake Party started out as a pop up concept back when opened up her beautiful cafe space for me to keep my products at. This was in 2024, when we were still a concept and not a shop. Two whole years later, it feels surreal to have the 3rd ever Cake Party at our own bakery.

It was a beautiful weekend filled with loads of love, cakes and friends and family. Couldn't have done it without .raizen and and Manjula. It's always a joy to see you at our space.

SUMMER GREENS PUFF is on her last week before getting retired.

She's not your traditional cheese pull type of cool.
She is cool because of the blend of greens that feel refreshing. She is also sexy because the ricotta and feta she's got, adds richness without being the stars.

Come by this weekend and grab a few of her before we say goodbye to her for a while. :)

MANGO LIME cake, a classic for the summers, from our menu.

Genoise sponge, lime leaf syrup, mango curd, fresh mangoes and a lime swiss meringue buttercream.

It's light, creamy and darn good eat.

ORANGE, CORN, OLIVE OIL cake from our summer menu got an upgrade!

She's floral and fragrant. A tight pound cake crumb that gently crumbles to a fork dug in.
The frosting is made with olive oil. The cake is soaked in orange juice. The corn/maize flour comes in with a nutty lift along with the almonds flour. Happens to be one of our GLUTEN FREE options as well.

Come try her warm with a cold brew coffee.

MANGO CUSTARD TART - part of the mango menu. 🥭

This is as mango-ey a dessert as it gets.
Loads of Hapus pureed with a little egg and butter then baked to get a soft set. The crust is made of digestives and lime zest, topped with a mascarpone yoghurt cream.

Honestly, my favorite part of this tart is the crust. Apart from the unctuous mangoeyness. I love the whole wheat - bran - salt vibe of digestives and getting to eat an entire tart shell softened slightly by the custard is peak biscuit dunking experience.

We will have a rotation of different flavours of sausage puffs in our menus henceforth courtesy of the fresh sausages made by . And if you swing by our space, we can give you samples of our chili oils and hot honey mustard to pair with the same, which are also available for purchase by the bottle.

COCONUT RICE PUDDING - MANGO TART.

Last year, I took a trip to Bangkok with the determination to debunk the hype about mango sticky rice. I returned a convert craving for the same comfort. So this year for the mango season, all I could think of was how to recreate the flavours in the menu.

Pandan from infused into a salted creamy coconut rice pudding, topped with some mango curd and fresh Hapus, in a coconut dusted pate sable.
Meant to be eaten cold in the hot summer.

I hope it hits a spot for you.
