At H & H Gourmet Cakes we don't just create a cake. We create a work of art your guests will think about long after your event. Our cakes are where modern meets timeless, and they taste so good you'll wish you could go back in time and eat yours all over again. All our delicious cakes are baked to order from quality ingredients and are completely handmade and finished. We bake from scratch in our

own kitchen using our tried and tested recipes to ensure the finest flavor. What's in our cakes is even more important than how amazing they look. Vanilla beans, our home made lemon curd, salted caramel made from scratch and real fruit conserves are all essentials in our cakes and fillings. Our cakes are expertly cut into perfectly equal layers and filled with generous layers of our scrumptious Italian meringue buttercream. Finally they are covered in a scrummy ganache or buttercream. We believe that a cake should be a culmination of various flavors and textures but more importantly balance sweet and salt beautifully. We don't use any mixes, premade cakes, margarine, white vegetable fats or imitation chocolate in any of our cakes. Custom designed cakes need to be ordered a week in advance. Regular buttercream cakes need to be ordered 3 days in advance. The minimum order for cakes is 1 kg and cupcakes is 10 nos.
