Winning the Best Home Chef – Dessert Category at the Eat Awards, Trivandrum for Sweet Bites by Anisha feels surreal.
Back in 2016, what started in my kitchen with passion, late nights, endless experiments, and a whole lot of love has now turned into something even bigger—double the achievement right after fulfilling my dream of owning a baking studio, which I started 3 years back in a separate space.
This journey wasn’t mine alone. To my friends who stood by me, hyping me up, encouraged me on my worst days and pushing me forward…
To all amazing customers, this victory is yours as much as mine. Every order, every kind word, suggestions, every share kept us going. It was your choice, “People’s choice”.
And of course, a heartfelt thank you to EAT at Trivandrum for this recognition and platform.

To the haters (Of course I’m not a people pleaser and have strong opinions of my own🤭) thank you too, you added just enough heat to help us rise perfectly.
Grateful, proud and motivated to keep going. Proud to be a Rotarian and even prouder to represent this journey.
