Mango cake . This cake was ordered by Nilesh Malpekar and Ratnangi Malpekar . They both were my Brothers college mates and I had never ever met them. But they knew that I was into baking and wanted to order a cake from me since a long time and finally had an opportunity to bake this king of fruits Mango cake for them as they were in India in a short visit. It was a great pleasure meeting both of you and your daughter Maityayee .

His son, Upendra, a good friend of my daughter simply loves cakes from Cherry on Top in all formats and flavors. Happy to share that all cakes in their house are ordered from Cherry on Top.
This time Upendra again ordered a cake for for his father's birthday After lot of thinking and surfing, he was not abel to finalize any design. He was very much sure that he wanted a coffee filling cake.
Ultimately we had consensus on doing a coffe bean shaped cake.
So friends, here is my hand crafted coffee bean cake with coffee filling and covered with coveture ganache.
