One year of Floyd’s Bakehouse.
Over the past year this little kitchen has seen a lot. New desserts tested late at night, weekend menus planned and replanned, and many boxes packed and sent out the door.
Some recipes stayed. Some disappeared after one trial. Some became your favourites.
Running Floyd’s has been equal parts learning, experimenting, and trusting my instincts a little more each time.
