resting the dough for a minimum of 48 hours to make it as much healthy as possible
and we can go on and on to talk about how are we particular about the temperature and humidity controls. All this is just to take you down the memory lane to those European cafes on the cobbled streets. I'm sure the aroma will give you a quick trip which most of us are longing for. All our products are free from fat, shortenings, and vegetable oil.
